Creative Yacht Experience Terms and Conditions

I understand that I am purchasing a ticket for the Creative Yacht Experience for the date selected above. This is an all-inclusive day on the Aurora 75 Hatteras. Includes all food, beverages, and water sports.
I have paid a $25.00 USD deposit and understand that I have a balance of $95.00 USD. Balances for tickets must be paid in cash on the day of the charter.
I understand gratuity is not included in the ticket price.
Tickets are valid only for the date selected; however, changes can be made without penalty in writing a minimum of 24 hours before the cruise date.
Deposits are non-refundable.
Departure times are 9 AM from Nuevo Vallarta and 10 AM from Los Muertos Pier.
I understand that departures from Los Muertos Pier will incur an additional water taxi fee of 80 pesos per person for transport to the yacht.
